Use, reproduction, copying, or manipulation of any kind of any RCTgo copyrighted is strictly forbidden without express written consent and permission.
RCTgo is a RollerCoaster Tycoon and Thrillville fansite and is not affiliated with or connected to Atari, Frontier, or any other party.
Some RollerCoaster Tycoon, RollerCoaster Tycoon 2, RollerCoaster Tycoon 3, RCT3: Soaked!, RCT3: Wild!, Thrillville, or Thrillville: Off the Rails screenshots, videos, or other content may be owned by/copyright to Atari, Frontier, IGN, GameSpot, GameSpy, and/or other third parties. RCTgo does not claim ownership or copyright for any of these files that are not owned by or copyright to RCTgo. If any party that owns content on RCTgo would like to have said content remove, please contact the webmaster and inform him of the situation, providing any evidence necessary. Other Notes
RCTgo is best viewed at a screen resolution of 1024x768 or higher in the latest stable version of Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Internet Explorer.
It is highly recommended to, if using Internet Explorer, use Internet Explorer 7 or higher. Older versions of Internet Explorer feature compatibility issues with RCTgo. While we try to maintain functionality in these older versions of Internet Explorer, there is no guarantee that RCTgo will function as it would in a more modern web browser.
RCTgo 3.0 is primarily tested in the latest version of Mozilla Firefox. As such, we recommend the use of Mozilla Firefox, if possible. Although we do try to maintain compatibility with all modern web browsers, it is often difficult to do so. However, if you are using a modern web browser and are experiencing a compatibility error of some kind, please contact the webmaster, including details of the error (name and version of browser and screenshots are best!).
We're Green
RCTgo is a "GREEN" website, meaning it is hosted by a carbon neutral company. For more information on RCTgo's green status, see the green hosting confirmation page and the about green hosting page on the DreamHost website.
Downloads Terms
By uploading a file to the RCTgo RCT3 Downloads center or a roller coaster to the RCTgo Featured Coaster Competition, you automatically agree to these terms.
The uploader is ONLY for RollerCoaster Tycoon 3 Files. Be aware that we are notified of every file uploaded, and we regularly maintain the database.
You may NOT:- Upload viruses, pornography, warez, spyware, adware, or other malicious files
- Link to any other website whatsoever
- Upload copyrighted material - you MUST get owner's consent first
- Upload any file that is not yours
- Promote any download that is uploaded to the download center
- Remove or modify any information regarding the download, including upload a screenshot
- The uploader retains ALL copyrights and ownership of the file. Ownership is only given to RCTgo if the uploader explicitly asks for the file to have ownership transferred to RCTgo
- Although we try to maintain regular backups, they are not guaranteed
- By submitting, you confirm that the file was created by YOU and that all information that is submitted is valid
Competition Terms
The RCTgo Featured Coaster Competition is ONLY for RollerCoaster Tycoon 3 roller coasters. This form is NOT for general RollerCoaster Tycoon 3 files, but for the competition.
Be aware that a "competition" as mentioned below is a single two-week running of the competition, and NOT the ongoing competition.
You may NOT:- Enter the same roller coaster more than once for the same competition
- Enter in place of another user (enter a roller coaster that is not yours)
- Enter a past winning roller coaster in another competition
- Enter the same roller coaster again in a future competition if it does not win
- Enter up to TWO roller coasters in a single competition
- Exclude your entry from the competition for any reason
- Remove your entry from the database if it does NOT win (If you would like it to NOT be removed and be entered again, please private message Belloman on the RCTgo Forums)
- Keep or further promote your entry whether it wins or does not win, for any reason deemed necessary by RCTgo
- Postpone any operations relating to the RCTgo Featured Coaster Competition
- Select the winner of a competition in the case of a "tie" (same number of votes for multiple entries that are in the lead)
Forums Terms
RCTgo reserves the right to manage the RCTgo Forums as it sees fit, at its own discretion. By joining the RCTgo Forums and maintaining an RCTgo Account, you automatically agree to follow the forum rules on the RCTgo Forums.
